Happy Sunday!
We had a great end to Q1. Our team filled 37 roles, our failure rate was less than 3%, and March was our biggest revenue month ever.

This week at Bullpen …
We welcomed Logan to our sales team! Logan is the editor of The Weekly Warmup and runs most of our marketing efforts. Now that Logan is joining the sales team, he’ll pair back some of his marketing efforts and focus on building a book of business.
From a leadership perspective, this is a massive win. Logan has already shown himself to be great with our team and clients. He wants to grow both his earning potential and commitment to Bullpen, and our sales team is a perfect fit. This transition has far more upside than downside for both Logan and our business.
In March, we grew revenue by over 70% from last month, which reminds me of the “good ol’ days” of 2022. It was an amazing way to end the quarter, and the team is really excited about moving into Q2.
We finished the job board on our web app and soft-launched it internally. We hope to launch it to our community within the coming days.
America
On the heels of another national tragedy, it feels strange to admit that a recurring thought in my mind this past week has been how grateful I am to be living in America.
I’m grateful for the roof over my head and reliable water, heat, electricity, and internet.
I’m grateful for the first responders who show up at my door within minutes of an emergency.
I’m grateful for the grocery store across the street that has just about anything I could ever need.
I’m grateful for the ability to speak about things with which I don’t agree, without fear of persecution.
Although some of the above things seem trivial, very few places in the world enjoy the privileges that we enjoy in America. While we don’t always get things right, I’m grateful to call this country home.
That’s all for this week!
